What we collect
- What you give us. When you request a quote, we collect what the form asks for: your name, email address, phone number, state, age, and the type of coverage you are interested in. If you contact us by phone, email, text or social media, we keep that correspondence.
- Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not currently run advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and contact you about insurance options — by phone call, text message or email, as described in the consent statement on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.
- To prepare quotes: when you ask us to, we share the information needed for underwriting with the insurance carriers whose products you are considering.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep as a licensed insurance agency.
Where it lives
Quote requests are stored in our customer relationship system (HubSpot) and our email. The website is hosted on Vercel. Page fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; they are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to marketers, not to anyone.
- We never share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We never send automated marketing texts or robocalls to numbers that have not given consent.
Your choices
- Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell us on any call, or email allisonleif@gmail.com and we will stop contacting you.
- See, correct or delete your information. Email us and we will show you what we have, fix it, or delete it — except records that insurance regulations require us to keep, which we will tell you about.
Cookies
This site works without advertising cookies. If you have previously interacted with HubSpot forms, a HubSpot cookie may associate your submission with your existing record so we do not create duplicates. If we ever add analytics or advertising measurement, we will update this policy first.
Children
This website is for adults making insurance decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted our form, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
