This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect on this website, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us at 480-239-0872 or send a message through the form on our home page and we will explain it like humans.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you request a quote, we collect what the form asks for: your name, contact details, state, the type of coverage you want to discuss, your preferred reply channel, and the answers you choose to provide. If you contact us by phone, email, text or social media, we keep that correspondence.
- Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not currently run advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to the request you submit through your selected channel. The request form asks permission to respond about insurance; it does not sign you up for marketing messages. We will not infer permission to text from a phone number.
- To prepare quotes: when you ask us to, we share the information needed for underwriting with the insurance carriers whose products you are considering.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep as a licensed insurance agency.
Where it lives
Quote requests are routed to HubSpot and may be delivered to our email by Resend. If durable delivery tracking is enabled, Upstash Redis temporarily stores an application-encrypted copy for delivery recovery. Records expire within 30 days; the encryption key stays in the hosting environment. The website is hosted on Vercel. Page fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; they are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to marketers, not to anyone.
- We never share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We never send automated marketing texts or robocalls to numbers that have not given consent.
Your choices
- Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell us on any call, or call 480-239-0872 and we will stop contacting you.
- See, correct or delete your information. Call us and we will show you what we have, fix it, or delete it, except records that insurance regulations require us to keep, which we will tell you about.
Cookies
This site works without advertising cookies. If you have previously interacted with HubSpot forms, a HubSpot cookie may associate your submission with your existing record so we do not create duplicates. If we ever add analytics or advertising measurement, we will update this policy first.
Children
This website is for adults making insurance decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted our form, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
